Deann Floyd has been fortunate to work in the legal community as a CSR and then a legal assistant in a high-profile law firm. She understands the balance needed between the demands placed on the litigation staff and the court reporter’s role in delivering product to aid in discovery. Deann’s priority is delivering first-class service to clients from the comfortable environment of Litigation Services' offices to the quality of the products they receive. When not at the office, Deann enjoys scuba diving, cycling, cooking and traveling.
